THE 2-HOUR DAY SESSIONS

During this 2-hour session, we will guide you to reconnect with yourself and gently let go of the outside world through short guided meditations and breathwork.

You will also learn how to set a personal intention for your session.

We welcome up to 12 participants per session.

You can choose to recline comfortably in a chair or lie down on one of our cozy beds.

Blankets are provided for your comfort, and EES-charged water is available to keep you hydrated throughout the session.

After each session, we invite you to enjoy a cup of herbal tea and take part in a moment of sharing — an opportunity to reflect on your experience and ask any questions that may arise.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 can join for free when accompanied by at least one parent.
CHILDREN BETWEEN 12 & 18 enjoy a 50% discount on individual day and night sessions.
